Following an initial assessment, where any injuries or concerns are identified, we will work with you to provide you with the a goal based treatment plan. Treatments will include evidence based hands on therapy including massage, dry needling and manual therapy as well as focused exercise prescription, with an emphasis on mobility & strength. Throughout the entire process, we will focus on education around your injury. We like to make sure we treat the underlying cause of any issue you have, not just the symptoms!
