FAQ
What conditions do we treat?
We treat all types of musculoskeletal injuries from everyday aches and pains to complex injuries. We look after any type of muscle, joint or nerve pain or injury. Our goal is to not only ease your pain, but to find out why the injury occurred in the first place and ensure the injury doesn't occur again.
Examples of injuries we treat include back and neck pain, shoulder elbow and wrist, hip knee and ankle, sporting injuries, workplace and motor vehicle injuries, post operative injuries, headaches and TMJ, chronic pain, balance, mobility and falls prevention to name but a few.

That's why we wanted to make it easy with the Lets Get Physical App. Here you can see all the exercises prescirbed to you with detailed photos, videos and instructions, making exercise easy. No more scrolling through emails or trying to find exercises on a sheet of paper.
